Refund & Cancellation Policy
Kepler Study is operated by Neo Setungoane, South Africa.
In short: you can get a full refund on your first payment within 14 days. You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
1. About our subscriptions
Kepler Study offers a free plan and paid digital subscriptions (Standard and Premium, billed monthly, and Premium also billed yearly). Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so your payment may show as Paddle on your statement.
2. 14-day refund on your first payment
If you are not satisfied with Kepler Study, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a Standard or Premium plan, whether monthly or yearly. You don't need to give a reason.
3. Renewals
If your plan renews and you did not mean to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal payment and we will refund that renewal.
4. After the refund window
Outside the periods above, payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
5. How to cancel
- Sign in at keplerstudy.com.
- Open Subscription and press Manage or Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the steps in the customer portal to cancel.
When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
6. How to request a refund
Email keplerstudy@gmail.com from the email address on your Kepler Study account and tell us which payment you want refunded. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
Refunds under this policy are sent to your original payment method through Paddle. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
7. Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law, including South African consumer law and the law where you live.
